Our company repeatedly has told us not to post complaints on social media. I agree.
However, no matter how many times they tell us not to post on social media about annoyances with into the company, people do it.
My stance on it is that if you have grievances with individuals take it up with them. If there are grievances with the company, either learn to live with them or move on.
All corporations and companies have issues that are going to annoy their workers. Whether that be issues between people or procedure, or any number of issues, but to put them out on Facebook or twitter, is so unprofessional and petty.
You could say that me talking about it here is even calling the kettle black. Here’s the thing … we do all have freedom of speech…. but somethings are better left unsaid/written.
The internet is ink…. once you write it out you can’t ever take it back.
